Location- DelhiThis is an on-site and full-time job opportunity.Role Description:The Facebook Ads Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Facebook ad campaigns, from strategy to execution, optimization, and reportingThe candidate will work closely with the company's data experts to continually analyze performance and create targeted campaignsThe ideal candidate will have experience managing ad campaigns with strong analytical and data-driven skills, coupled with excellent communication skills and attention to detailThe candidate should be a creative problem-solver, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a deep understanding of Facebook ads.The ideal Facebook Ads Assistant Manager candidate will demonstrate the ability to think strategically, prioritize work effectively, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalentA minimum of 3+ years of experience managing Facebook ad campaigns (agency experience preferred)Proven track record of driving results and ROIExpertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and GTM (Google Tag Manager)Experience creating and testing ad creatives, headlines, and copyStrong analytical and data-driven skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with reporting and presenting findings to stakeholdersDetail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing either an E-commerce, D2C, OR App-based client with a minimum monthly budget of 1cr+ is mandatory
