Imp : needs Predictive Modelling for Price Optimization and Portfolio Management Experience
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with a strong background in predictive modelling, specifically focused on price optimization and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging advanced analytical techniques and technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing models that optimize pricing strategies and enhance portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Experiment, develop and implement predictive models to optimize pricing strategies and enhance portfolio management.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Utilize tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Employ Python or R for data analysis, model development, and implementation of machine learning algorithms.
Utilize Sage Maker or H20, and ML Ops workflows for building, training, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to validate model effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data science with a focus on predictive modelling for price optimization and portfolio management.
Proficiency in data analysis and modelling using Python or R.
Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
Familiarity with ML Ops concepts and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in working with large datasets and understanding of data warehousing concepts is a plus.
