InnAccel Technologies (Bangalore, India) is a medical device company developing innovative technologies in Critical Care and Maternal & Child Health. We are a young company and a relatively small team, looking to drive the adoption of our technology across India. Understanding clinical principles and product usage. Answering customer’s questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product. Training nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Desired Experience : 0-2 years Desired Educational Qualifications : Bachelors in one of the following areas : # Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology. Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors, especially with ObGyn, Pediatrics, or ICU (preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve application-related issues in a clinical environment. Language: English, Hindi and regional languages depending on the location.
