Hiring: Customer Success & Implementation Intern Location: Pune (Hybrid) Website: peakline.tech Duration: 3 months (with potential conversion to full-time) Compensation: Rs. 10,000 Peakline is looking for a proactive, confident, and multilingual Customer Success & Implementation Intern to support enterprise clients on our mobile and web applications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interactions, problem-solving, and guiding users throughout their journey—from onboarding to adoption and ongoing support. About Peakline Peakline is a SaaS company that helps brands manage and scale their offline marketing and on-ground operations with speed and accuracy. Our tools simplify activity planning, vendor coordination, field execution, and performance tracking—bringing structure and real-time visibility to workflows that are typically manual and decentralized. We work with growing and enterprise brands to streamline processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and execute faster with data-backed transparency. What You Will Do Customer Support Handle inbound client calls with clear, confident, and solution-oriented assistance Guide enterprise users through Peakline’s mobile and web apps Troubleshoot functional issues and resolve day-to-day operational challenges Document issues, solutions, and follow-ups accurately Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and technical fixes Implementation & Onboarding Support the onboarding of new enterprise clients onto the platform Conduct client walkthroughs explaining workflows, processes, and usage steps Assist in configuration, setup, and deployment during implementation Coordinate between Sales, Product, and Tech teams for smooth rollout Ensure clients transition seamlessly from onboarding to active usage Client Success & Process Coordination Work on deployment checklists, user training, and field team onboarding Track client progress during early usage and provide timely follow-ups Identify recurring issues and share actionable insights for product/process improvement Build strong relationships with users to ensure high satisfaction and adoption What We Are Looking For Strong communication skills with confident client-facing presence Multilingual fluency: English + Hindi (mandatory); an Eastern/North-East Indian language (Bengali, Assamese, Nepali, Manipuri, etc.) preferred Ability to understand app workflows and explain them clearly to clients Comfortable using mobile apps, web dashboards, and basic troubleshooting Strong coordination, attention to detail, and willingness to follow up with clients Patient, customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams What You Will Gain Hands-on exposure to customer onboarding, deployment, and success workflows Experience working closely with enterprise users and cross-functional internal teams Opportunity to learn product workflows end-to-end and grow into senior Customer Success or Implementation roles Competitive compensation with performance-based growth potential If you cannot apply through LinkedIn, please email your resume to
