Job Description: Filed Sales ExecutiveLocation: ChennaiJob Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Industrial Electronics | Repair & Refurbishment | B2B SalesAbout Us:We are a specialized service company in Repair and Refurbishment of Electronic Control Systems across three key segments:Construction & Infrastructure Machinery (Welding Machines, Piling Rigs, Drilling Rigs, Excavators, Dozers, Crawler Cranes, Tower Cranes, Diesel Generators)Production Machinery (CNC, VMC, Plastic Injection Molding & Extrusion Machines, Textile Machines, Automation Systems)Medical Electronics (Patient Monitors, Imaging/Scanning Equipment, Biomedical Systems)We help our clients reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and save on costly replacements by providing world-class repair, refurbishment, and support services.Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive who will drive lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion for our industrial repair services. This role requires on-the-ground client interactions, relationship-building, and solution selling to industries that rely on high-value electronic systems.Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, industry networking, and LinkedIn outreach.Visit client sites (factories, workshops, construction sites, hospitals) to understand repair/refurbishment requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Plant Managers, Service Managers, Procurement Heads, Biomedical Engineers, etc.).Present and promote company services to prospective clients with a consultative selling approach .Work closely with the technical team to prepare quotations, proposals, and customized solutions.Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report sales activities to management.Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required.Desired Candidate Profile:Education: Diploma / B.E in, Electronics, Electrical, MechanicalExperience: 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Field Sales .
