Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at SIMON PHARMCHEM in BHUBANESHWAR, India. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a specific geographical area, setting sales goals, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Proven experience in sales and managing a sales team

  • Ability to travel within the assigned area

Ideal Profile


  • You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Country Head / General Manager role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech, Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology and Retail industry.
  • You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organizations.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
