The ideal candidate will lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. This role requires a blend of project delivery expertise, technical acumen, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects using Java or .NET technology stacks.- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets; track and report progress to senior leadership.- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, handle escalations, and resolve blockers.- Drive Agile/Scrum best practices, sprint planning, and release planning.- Manage and mentor a team of technical leads, developers, and other engineering resources.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and quality benchmarks.- Coordinate with clients/stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.Required Skills and Experience- 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 4+ years in a delivery/project/program management role.- Strong hands-on background in Java or .NET development earlier in career.- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-team software delivery initiatives.- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage onsite teams .
