Job Title: Performance & Retention Marketer - The Bear House

Location: Bangalore India

Position Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to join our team and spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of high-impact digital campaigns. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through strategic ad placement, testing, and analytics. The ideal candidate has a solid background in digital marketing, a keen eye for data, and a proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate networks.
  • Define KPIs and track the performance of campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and sales targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform strategy and improve targeting and ad performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and create data-driven ad creative.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize ad spend and targeting by running A/B tests, adjusting bids, analyzing conversion paths, and making data-backed recommendations.
  • Continuously experiment with new ad formats, creative, and campaign tactics to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Identify trends and insights to develop growth strategies and improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage budgets across different channels to maximize ROI while achieving performance goals.
  • Forecast ad spend and anticipated returns, reporting regularly on budget utilization and adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure campaigns remain within budget and proactively adjust strategies to make the most of allocated funds.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, key metrics, and insights for stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for scaling successful campaigns, optimizing underperforming ones, and prioritizing channels based on effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing PPC, social media ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong experience with analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in campaign management and optimization, including A/B testing, data analysis, and multichannel strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics, such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
