WHO GMP,PICS ,EMEA and USFDA audits are planned for .APDM has 4 granulations lines, 2 compression lines, capsule filling line and 5 fully automated packing lines .Currently APDM is working with 7 companies from USA, Canada, UK and EMEA.By 2027, it will ship about 1.5 bn units of packed finished dose across the globe.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Laboratory General Manager at APDM PHARMACEUTICAL PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Ahmedabad. The Quality Control Laboratory General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the quality control laboratory, ensuring that all testing and analytical activities meet regulatory and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing laboratory staff, maintaining laboratory equipment, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to maintain high standards of product quality.QualificationsProficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance protocolsStrong Laboratory Skills, including handling and maintenance of Laboratory EquipmentExcellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex dataExperience with laboratory management and supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasksBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fieldExperience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
