Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Onelab Ventures in Pune. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring the product meets the needs of clients and users.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
Product Development:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to develop and deliver products.
Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Monitor the product development lifecycle, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate product updates and milestones to stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients and users to gather feedback and improve the product.
Performance Analysis and Improvement:
Track product performance metrics and analyze user behavior to identify areas of improvement.
Suggest enhancements or new features based on data-driven insights.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product launches.
Develop materials to educate users and stakeholders about product features and benefits.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management software.
Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and design thinking is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to Saa S products, mobile applications, or web-based platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
