We are seeking applications for the role of Leasing Associates, Leasing Manager for Pune West location. Job Purpose: To support the leasing activities by managing the marketing, tenant relations, and lease negotiations for commercial properties, ensuring they are effectively leased and generating optimal returns for the organization. Job Description: Assist in identifying potential tenants for commercial office spaces and support the development of targeted marketing plans. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, property values, rental rates, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Help promote available spaces through various channels, schedule and conduct property tours, and respond to inquiries from prospective tenants. Support in negotiating lease agreements that are mutually beneficial for both the company and tenants. Ensure lease terms are clear and legally sound. Foster strong relationships with tenants to address their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Track key performance indicators such as occupancy rates and rental income and assist in providing regular reports to senior management. Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth leasing operations, including timely invoicing and reporting. Skills Required: Functional Skills: Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 1 to 4 years experience in commercial property leasing. Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market. Experience in leasing, tenant relations, and market analysis. Proficiency in preparing marketing plans and lease documentation. Behavioural Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. Adaptability and attention to detail.
