Manager to help us find and attract the right people
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring efforts across roles in design,
content, strategy, digital marketing, and technology. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers
to define talent needs, refine JDs, and shape an exceptional candidate experience. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore (Monday–Friday), best suited for someone
Hiring Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with team leads to understand evolving talent needs across functions
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Own the sourcing strategy across LinkedIn, job boards, references, and alternate channels
Maintain a live pipeline of active/passive talent across key roles
Evaluate and engage external recruitment partners where needed
Candidate Experience & Process Excellence
Own all candidate communications and ensure a professional and human experience
Present hiring dashboards and insights to leadership and HR
Suggest process improvements based on hiring data and feedback
5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in agencies, startups, or marketing/tech ecosystems
~ Strong understanding of hiring for creative, digital, and strategic roles
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
~ Comfortable being in-office and engaging directly with hiring teams daily
