The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions in civil engineering, construction management, and related domains. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students and professionals effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Delivery: • Conduct training sessions on civil engineering topics such as surveying, structural design, construction management, material testing, and CAD software. • Demonstrate practical skills and techniques relevant to civil engineering practices. 2. Curriculum Development: • Design, update, and enhance training materials, manuals, and modules to meet industry standards. • Incorporate practical case studies and hands-on projects to ensure a real-world learning experience. 3. Student Mentorship: • Guide students in developing technical skills and understanding theoretical concepts. • Provide feedback on assignments and projects, ensuring continuous improvement. 4. Assessment and Evaluation: • Conduct periodic tests, assignments, and evaluations to monitor students’ progress. • Prepare and present progress reports for trainees. 5. Industry Insights: • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in civil engineering. • Share insights and best practices from the field to enhance learning outcomes. 6. Administrative Tasks: • Maintain training records and attendance. • Coordinate with the institute’s management for scheduling and logistics. Qualifications and Skills: • Educational Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Professional certifications (e.g., Auto CAD , Skecthup ,3 DS max , Revit, etc ) are an advantage. • Experience: • Minimum of 1 years of experience in civil engineering or construction-related roles. • Prior experience in training or teaching is highly desirable. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in relevant engineering software (Auto CAD , Skecthup ,3 DS max , Revit, etc.). • Strong knowledge of construction materials, design principles, and project management. • Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Passion for teaching and mentoring.
