Role Overview: As a Marketing Generalist at Aromatan, you will be responsible for executing a variety of marketing strategies, with a particular focus on digital brand building, content creation, and campaign management. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Brand Building: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to build and strengthen the Aromatan brand across various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketplaces.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and voice.
  • Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and goals.
  • Brand Promotion: Assist in promoting Aromatan’s products through various online channels, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and fostering brand loyalty.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital brand building, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas for digital content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the wellness, fragrance, consumer goods and ecommerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like shopify, meta, instagram and marketing automation tools is a bonus.
