Role Overview: The CHRO will lead the global HR function across Europe, America, the Middle East, and APAC, ensuring alignment of people strategy with business objectives. This role is responsible for establishing HR policies from scratch, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws (with a strong focus on European employment legislation), and managing complex workforce transitions such as TUPE/ARD and employee rebadging. The ideal candidate will be an influential leader with deep expertise in global HR practices, change management, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Design and implement a scalable global HR strategy aligned with organizational growth and objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on human capital matters. Establish a regional HR leadership structure for Europe, America, the Middle East, and APAC. HR Policy & Compliance Develop and implement global HR policies and SOPs from the ground up, with localization as needed. Ensure compliance with international labor laws, especially European labor directives, TUPE/ARD, GDPR, and local statutory obligations. Regularly review and update policies in line with regulatory and organizational changes. TUPE/ARD and Employee Rebadging Lead all aspects of employee transfers under TUPE/ARD regulations across European jurisdictions. Manage rebadging projects during M&A or outsourcing transitions ensuring minimal disruption and full legal compliance. Collaborate with legal and operational teams to negotiate with unions and employee representatives. Global Workforce Operations Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention across 35+ countries. Standardize global workforce planning, performance management, and compensation structures. Champion DEI initiatives, leadership development, and succession planning globally. Change & Transformation Management Lead cultural integration initiatives in multi-country expansion and post-merger transitions. Establish global HR shared services and digital transformation for HRIS/HRMS. Oversee employee communications and engagement strategies across all regions. Stakeholder Management Act as the face of HR for external audits, board-level reporting, and cross-border legal matters. Build strong relationships with business leaders, legal teams, works councils, and external advisors. Qualifications & Skills: 15+ years in strategic HR roles, with at least 5 years at the CHRO/Global HR Head level in IT Services or Technology sector.
