CAD Draftsperson

Preparing detailed working drawings as per technical standards, codes, specifications, and project requirements.
Create 3D models and renders to communicate design intent.
Conduct site supervision, take accurate measurements, and ensure design execution aligns with plans.
Ensure quality checking and assurance of drawings, reports, and calculation deliverables as per client requirements.
Ensure compliance with standards and timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Coordinating with stakeholders for BIM integration pertaining to architectural, civil, interior. Coordinating with teams for proposed and ongoing activities at the site to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.

Proficiency in CAD and Knowledge of 3D software are a must. Knowledge of Indian and international codes and standards.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain project documentation.
Degree / Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is a plus.
