About the Job:- Job Title: ML Engineer / MLOps Engineer- Skills : Data Pipelines & Engineering, Model Deployment at Scale, Python with ML Frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), Advanced ML Algorithms (Decision Trees, Deep Learning, SVM, Clustering, Reinforcement Learning).- Experience Required : 5-8 Years- Location: Chennai- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer / MLOps Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ML operations, scalable infrastructure design, and hands-on expertise in deploying production-ready machine learning solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Design and manage data pipelines and ML engineering infrastructure to support enterprise-scale ML systems.- Convert offline models built by Data Scientists into production-grade ML systems.- Develop and deploy scalable tools and services for ML training and inference.- Ensure auditability, versioning, and data security in model development.- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.- Apply CI/CD, automation, and software engineering best practices to ML workflows.- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) ML deployments.- Identify and implement new technologies for performance, maintainability, and reliability improvements.- Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.Key Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in MLOps / ML Engineer roles.- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices for ML.- Hands-on experience with ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, SVM, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction.- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and client-facing skills.About InfoBeans:InfoBeans is a global digital transformation and product engineering company, enabling businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
