We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a solid understanding of the Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring process to join our recruitment team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment who has experience managing contract-to-hire placements and is adept at working with both clients and candidates through the entire lifecycle. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will drive talent acquisition strategies, manage C2H roles, and ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
C2H Recruitment Expertise:
We specialize in contract-to-hire (C2H) recruitment, guiding both clients and candidates through the entire process, from contract placement to permanent conversion.
Effectively communicate the benefits of C2H hiring to both candidates and clients, addressing potential concerns and setting expectations.
Client Relationship Management:
Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends, compensation benchmarks, and the C2H hiring model.
Manage client relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
Source, screen, and engage with top-tier candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit to ensure they align with client needs.
Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching on the nuances of C2H roles and expectations.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate offer, ensuring an efficient and seamless process.
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and candidate selection with hiring managers.
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation, ensuring smooth transitions from contract to full-time roles.
Contract and Onboarding Management:
Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with both client and candidate requirements.
Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully prepared for their role and understand the terms of their contract-to-hire agreement.
Track the status of candidates on contract, preparing them for permanent transition when applicable.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and conversion rates from contract to permanent placements.
Provide regular updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovations in contract and C2H hiring models.
Suggest improvements to the recruitment process, offering innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
