Company Description Sinotech Marine, headquartered in Hong Kong, is a global maritime technical consulting and technology service company. Founded by senior maritime professionals, Sinotech Marine offers specialized independent technical consulting services worldwide to ship owners, buyers, shipping equity investors, banks, and ship brokers. We provide assessments of vessel condition, analysis of investment risks, and evaluations of vessel performance, among other services. Our goal is to minimize financial and operational risks while optimizing fleet performance through innovative digital tech solutions. This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Technical Operation Specialist based in Bangalore. The technical operation Specialist will be responsible for executing Technical service operation by coordinating with vendors, customers and internally with technical teams. Review ship's technical data, reports, performance and maintenance records, etc. The technical operation specialist will be reporting to Technical Manager for day to day duties. Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Shipboard Marine Engineer. ~ Marine Engineer License or Certification as Per STCW ~ Minimum 1-2 years shore based experience in Marine Technical Management ~4 years Degree in Marine Engineering /Naval Architect /Ocean Engineering ~ Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills Experience in Administrative Assistance Knowledge of data entry software or databases is a plus additional education or certifications in related fields are beneficial
