Product Operations Manager

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager with around 5 years of experience to support and scale our product organization. You will ensure our product managers and designers have the right processes, tools, and insights to operate efficiently and deliver world-class products. Support product planning and quarterly business reviews.
Ensure data flows seamlessly across tools to provide a single source of truth.
Data & Insights
Provide PMs with the right data to drive prioritization and decision-making.
5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management within B2B SaaS.
Strong knowledge of product processes and agile methodologies .
Hands-on experience with product tools and analytics platforms (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Pendo, Mixpanel, or similar).
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Ability to visualize and present product data clearly.
Be part of a fast-growing fintech SaaS company reshaping how credit unions and community banks engage members.
Work with a global product team and gain exposure to both Indian and US product practices.
Help build the Product Operations foundation that will scale with the company.
