Type - Full time - On Site, Bangalore We are a creative startup producing short-format cinematic animated movies based on themes of astrology and stock market. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, visually striking content that blends storytelling with unique concepts. We are a small, disciplined team that values creativity, consistency, and aim for a healthy work-life balance. We’re looking for a cinematic video editor who can bring short-format 2D animated stories to life through powerful editing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling — while adding motion graphics and light VFX to enhance atmosphere. You’ll be shaping raw animated shots, dialogues, and sound into cinematic short films ready for YouTube. Edit and assemble 2D animated scenes into cohesive, emotionally engaging short videos. Add basic motion graphics for environmental movement, transitions, or title animations. Integrate simple VFX such as rain, fire, smoke, light streaks, mist, or glows where needed. Collaborate with the creative and sound teams to maintain consistent tone and pacing. Ensure all projects are optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Good sense of cinematic pacing, music timing, and emotional storytelling. Basic knowledge of motion tracking, masking, compositing, and 2D VFX integration. 1- 3 years of experience in a studio. ~ A strong showreel demonstrating cinematic video editing, compositing, and motion work. ~ Familiarity with plugins like Red Giant, Optical Flares, or Element 3D is a plus. ~ Ability to deliver high-quality edits within tight deadlines. A Technical test will be provided to asses your video editing and motion design skills. Full Time - On-site Bangalore.
