Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our marketing and outreach efforts. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to engage with data collection and market research in a fast-growing Agritech company, contributing to high-impact campaigns focused on sustainable farming.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation :
Assist in creating and curating content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Develop creative assets (e.g., images, videos, graphics) to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Social Media Management :
Manage daily posts on platforms such as Instagram, Linked In, and Facebook.
Track social media metrics, monitor trends, and suggest improvements for engagement.
Data Collection and Market Analysis :
Conduct data collection and assist in analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities within the agritech and sustainability sectors.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to identify potential opportunities for INNOFarms.
Outreach and Cold Calling :
Support outreach efforts by assisting with cold calls and initial contact with potential partners, clients, and collaborators.
Engage in partnership development, including identifying and contacting potential influencers and collaborators aligned with INNOFarms’ mission.
Campaign and Event Support :
Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns, helping to drive awareness and engagement.
Support event coordination and community engagement activities to promote INNOFarms’ brand and mission.
Analytics and Reporting :
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, such as engagement rates, conversions, and website traffic.
Present findings and contribute data-driven insights for ongoing campaign improvements.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Environmental Science, Economics, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in social media and familiarity with digital marketing trends.
Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Comfortable with making cold calls and initial outreach.
Passionate about sustainability and innovative technology in agriculture.
Self-starter with a creative mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.
