We are looking for a creative, bold & passionate Graphic Designer with preferably 1-3 years of experience to own the entire Design & Social Media Marketing function working directly with the founder

We are a fast-growing D2C Natural Personal care brand focused in 100% natural single-ingredient products. We have a customer base of 1 Mn+ and 1200+ orders daily. Our founder is a IIM Calcutta graduate and CA and we have a goal to build the largest Natural Care startup in India


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Create packaging designs for our Herbal Powders, Bottles, Immunity and Hair Care products
  • Own the marketplace listing for clear brand communication (Infographics, A+ Contents etc.)
  • Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and advertisements for social media, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Work on New Product Development, Branding, and Digital Marketing Projects
  • Own the Social Media marketing projects across Instagram, YouTube etc. & should understand and know video editing for Social Media Ads and Posts
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc


Job Location : Gurgaon, Haryana (work from office)


Qualifications

  • Any degree :). The most important is a hunger to learn and grow
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (branding, packaging, motion graphics)
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Indesign and other softwares like Premiere Pro and Aftereffects (for video editing) are plus points.
  • In-depth knowledge of design fundamentals like Composition, Contrast, Emphasis, Light, Balance, Perspective, etc.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work
