You will own complete product modules; right from structuring the database in Firebase, writing the backend logic in Laravel, to building the frontend experience in Angular. Each developer will manage their own vertical slice of the product, ensuring rapid development cycles and reduced communication gaps. With tools like ChatGPT to assist you 24/7, we expect you to move fast, learn quickly, and solve problems independently. Role Summary & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain full-stack modules using Angular (frontend), PHP Laravel (backend), and Firebase (database). - Design, build, and consume REST APIs for internal use and integrations. - Structure Firebase Realtime Database collections and security rules. - Optimize performance across both backend and frontend layers. - Implement clean UX and responsive interfaces across devices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and test code across the stack. - Work autonomously with guidance from ChatGPT and our internal best practice documents. - Participate in internal product discussions and iterative improvements. Desired Skillset & Qualifications: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex business logic. - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Basic to intermediate experience with: - PHP & Laravel - Angular & TypeScript - Firebase (Realtime DB) - Understanding of: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript RESTful APIs and JSON structures Responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility - Clear communication and effective teamwork skills. - Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related certifications. Salary & Benefits: - Stipend Phase: ₹10,000/month for the first 6 months (training + probation). - Post-Confirmation: ₹3.0 - ₹4.2 LPA CTC + performance-based perks. - Health Insurance: Coverage upon full-time confirmation. - Professional Development: Access to paid courses, mentorship, and upskilling support. - Work Schedule: 5-day workweek, with occasional weekend work if necessary for customer meetings, product implementations, or training sessions.
