Performance Tester Mode: In-Person/Office – Mohali (India)** CTC: 10 to 18 LPA (Based on experience and skills)** About SquareX SquareX is a pioneer in Browser Detection and Response (BDR) — a next-generation approach to cybersecurity that protects users directly within the browser. We are looking for a Performance Tester with 1–3 years of experience to help ensure our browser-based security products are fast, reliable, and scalable. Responsibilities Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests for browser and backend components. Develop and maintain automated performance testing workflows. Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest optimizations. Work with engineering teams to reproduce and address performance issues. Document performance metrics and contribute to CI/CD testing pipelines. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in performance or QA testing . Hands-on experience with JMeter , Locust , or k6 for load and stress testing. Understanding of WebSocket , and key performance metrics (CPU, memory, latency). Scripting knowledge in Python , Bash , or JavaScript . Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and containerized setups is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Requirements Working in an onsite/hybrid setting 1–3 years of software or testing experience Experience with cybersecurity tools or web testing frameworks (e.g., Burp Suite) would be an advantage
