Position - GCP Site Lead LOP - Bangalore EXP range - 16+ About this job As the GCP Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) site from offshore. Your role involves driving business KPIs, managing escalations, and ensuring smooth operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Global high-tech client as a business partner, providing regular communication and reporting. Additionally, you’ll lead a team, foster employee engagement, and maintain financial compliance. Roles & Responsibilities • Lead GCP Operations: o Take ownership of GCP operations for the site. o Set quarterly KPI improvement targets and drive initiatives to achieve them. • Operational Excellence: o Manage day-to-day operations efficiently. (There are identified metrics) o Handle escalations effectively. • Business Partnership: o Act as a business partner for Global high-tech client. o Maintain regular communication (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and reporting. (There are pre-identified templates) • Employee Engagement: o Foster a positive work environment. (mentor a high-visible agent and support team) o Drive employee satisfaction and engagement. • Financial Administration: o Ensure compliance with financial processes. Required Skills: • Experience: Senior-level experience as a GPM, DM, or Program Manager. Prior operations experience, preferably based in Bangalore (BLR). • Relationship Building: Ability to establish positive relationships with senior customer executives. • Matrix Structure: Experience working in a multi-unit matrix structure, involving ADM, DNA, CIS • KPI Understanding: Good understanding of operational KPIs and strategies to meet them. • Change Management: Proficiency in change management and risk mitigation. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills. • Team Leadership: Prior experience leading teams of 100+ members preferred. • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24 X7 support environment. Additional Skills (Desirable): 1. Technology Adoption: Understanding of how to leverage the latest technology (e.g., Gen AI) to improve quality and productivity. 2. Adaptability: Ability to work in multi-vendor, diverse work cultures, and across multiple geographical locations.
