We deliver enterprise-grade apps, Saa S platforms, and AI-driven solutions for global clients across India, the US, and the Middle East.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive inbound demand generation across all our business lines. This role will lead a small team (SEO, Content, Social/Performance Marketing) and work closely with Sales leadership to generate qualified leads.---Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipOwn and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Applore’s business verticals.Manage and mentor the SEO Manager, Content Writer, and future marketing hires.Align marketing campaigns with sales priorities (Staff Aug, Fixed Scope, Caller. Digital).Inbound & Demand GenerationDrive SEO growth, content strategy, paid campaigns, and Linked In marketing to generate MQLs.Plan and execute performance marketing (Linked In Ads, Google Ads, remarketing).Build and manage email campaigns, drip sequences, and Hub Spot/CRM workflows.Track campaign ROI, CAC, and MQL-to-SQL conversion.Content & BrandOversee creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, emailers, and landing pages.Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.Position Applore as a thought leader in AI, Saa S, and staff augmentation.Analytics & OptimizationOwn website performance and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Hub Spot, SEMrush).Optimize campaigns and funnels through data-driven A/B testing.Report monthly KPIs: traffic, inbound MQLs, conversion rates.---Requirements5–8 years of digital marketing experience in B2 B Saa S / IT services / consulting.Hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Hub Spot/Zoho CRM, marketing automation.Strong understanding of B2 B lead gen funnels (MQL → SQL → Deals).Experience managing small marketing teams (SEO/Content/Performance).Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales leaders.Creative thinker with data-driven execution mindset.---Why Join Us?Lead marketing for a fast-growing technology company across 3 business lines.Build and scale a digital demand engine driving real pipeline.Exposure to AI products, Saa S, and enterprise solutions.Competitive salary + performance-linked incentives.
