Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai (with national & international client outreach)

Compensation: Base stipend ₹25,000/month + lucrative bonuses on charters (average earnings ₹1-3 lakh/month)

Renate Charters is the private aviation arm of Renate Ventures. We specialize in  luxury jet chartering, group charters, and exclusive mobility solutions for HNIs, corporates, and global travelers. Our mission is to redefine private aviation access in India, making it seamless, personalised, and profitable.

Role Overview

We are seeking a  highly persuasive, polished, and ambitious sales professional to lead client acquisition and charter bookings. This role involves managing HNI relationships, closing large-ticket deals, and creating a strong pipeline of repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads for  private jet, helicopter, and group charters .
  • Build strong relationships with  HNIs, corporates, travel houses, and concierge networks .
  • Manage end-to-end charter process: client inquiry → aircraft selection → negotiation → booking.
  • Coordinate with operators, FBOs, and global partners for smooth client experience.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Hit monthly targets (minimum 3–4 charter closures).
  • Represent Renate Charters at  networking events, luxury forums, and industry expos .
Requirements
  • Experience in  luxury sales, HNI relationship management, travel/aviation/hospitality sales preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English + Hindi (regional language an added plus).
  • High personal grooming and presentation standards.
  • Confidence in engaging and negotiating with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for  closing high-ticket deals .
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, as client demands often come on short notice.
Compensation & Growth
  • Base Stipend: ₹25,000/month.
  • Bonus Commissions: 30% of net firm profit per charter (avg ₹75,000+ per deal).
  • Performance Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for exceeding monthly targets.
  • Growth Path: Potential to rise into  Director R– enate Charters , with revenue-sharing and ESOPs.
