Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced BFSI Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management, negotiation, and account management skills, with a deep understanding of the BFSI sector’s needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand relationships with existing BFSI clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Drive revenue growth by selling solutions tailored to BFSI sector requirements.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client engagement and retention.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Understand and manage the P&L of assigned accounts/territory.
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, B2 B, SAAS, technical, and delivery teams) to ensure seamless client service.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the BFSI sector.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
