The Telecaller-Receptionist combines customer interaction, sales support, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the construction firm.
Customer Communication & Lead Management:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, provide information about ongoing construction projects, and follow up with potential clients.
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to appropriate departments. Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relations.
Sales Support & Client Relationship:
Convert leads into sales by promoting services, updating clients on project progress, and ensuring satisfaction through follow-up calls.
Assist clients during office visits, provide relevant project details, and offer personalized service.
Collect client feedback and relay it to the relevant teams for service improvement.
Administrative & Office Support:
Maintain client databases, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports on call outcomes, leads, and follow-ups.
Manage office documentation, including contracts, invoices, and visitor logs, ensuring they are properly filed and organized.
Coordinate meetings, maintain the office calendar, and manage office supplies.
Marketing & Event Coordination:
Promote new construction projects, special offers, and events through outbound calls and direct communication.
Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, distribute brochures and materials to clients, and invite visitors to showcases.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure smooth communication with clients and follow through on inquiries or issues.
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient coordination of services and project updates.
Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Basic understanding of the construction industry and project details.
Proficiency in CRM software and office administration tools.
