Role and Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Python Developer at GoQuest Media, you will play a crucial role in developing and
maintaining web applications, enhancing user experiences for our global clients. You will work across
both the front-end and back-end, leveraging your expertise in Python and modern web technologies to
create scalable, efficient, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Development:
Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and interactive web applications.
Take ownership of both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Python/Django, Flask)
development processes.
Feature Implementation:
Work closely with designers and product managers to translate ideas into user-friendly interfaces.
Implement dynamic, responsive features with a focus on performance and scalability.
Maintenance and Debugging:
Ensure applications are optimized for reliability and performance.
Perform debugging and regular maintenance to keep the applications in top condition.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers to
build seamless applications.
Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies, suggesting improvements in the development process.
Tech Stack:
Front-end: JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS (Knowledge of front-end frameworks is a plus)
Back-end: Python, Django, Flask, REST APIs
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL (Experience with MongoDB is a plus)
Version Control: Git
Tools: Docker, Webpack (Optional but preferred)
Cloud Infrastructure: AWS or Google Cloud (Experience is a plus)

Who Should Apply?

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development using Python (Django/Flask) and JavaScript.

Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Team players with strong communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
