Inviting applications for the role of LEAN Digital Blackbelt, Engineering Process Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Process Optimization Blackbelt to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence, and implementing best practices across engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project management, and experience in Aviation or Healthcare industries.

Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Analyze current engineering processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Drive Kaizen workshops, Design thinking workshops, and digital transformation projects.
Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry.
Partner with Operations Leaders to drive Lean Agenda for the organization

Rich and relevant experience in Lean Domain especially for manufacturing vertical with some experience around industrial/ production processes
Proficiency with spoken and written English
Project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience in process optimization and project management.
Experience with data analysis tools and software.
Good to have skills around understanding client’s digital appetite and have AI/ digital bent of mind to provide relevant recommendations to the stakeholders efficiently.

Master’s degree in engineering or business administration.
Knowledge of advanced data analytics and automation technologies
Rich relevant experience with increasing accountability
Expert level knowledge of various data collection and analysis tools
Experience managing complex process improvement projects, including undertaking operational assessments and operating model design using Lean.
BE Mechanical or Production engineering background (preferrable)
