Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Company: Hemped Souls International LLP
Industry: Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical
Stipend :- 17k to 20k
Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
● Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our hemp-based products to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
● Order Management: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
● Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to improve our products and services.
● CRM Updates: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and support business objectives.
● Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Requirements: Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
Skills:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi both .
● Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
● Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
● Personal Traits:
● Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
