Greetings from HCL Technologies..Experience - 4+ YearsLocation- Pan IndiaJob Descriptions:OpenShift Virtualization: Installation, maintenance, and operation of OpenShift Virtualization environments.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to OpenShift, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.IT Process Management: Understand and adhere to IT processes, including incident, change, and problem management.Windows Server Management: Proficiency in managing Windows Servers, including patch management.Network Understanding: Strong understanding of networking principles and practices.Storage Management: Knowledge and management of storage systems and technologies including storage management in OpenShift (PV, PVC)Bare Metal Servers: Experience in bare metal server installation, rack and stack operations, and decommissioning servers, including examples such as DELL and HP ProLiant servers.VM Management: Experience in deploying, operating, decommissioning, and migrating virtual machines (V2V and P2V), managing the lifecycle of virtual machines in OpenShift and VMware.Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 support.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes.Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and security using Prometheus and Grafana to proactively address potential issues
