The research centers under the org's umbrella are focused on specific areas of study and research and are driven by a group of experienced professionals and experts.About the RoleRole and ResponsibilitiesOutreach and Branding activities:Manage the Org's Website with timely updatesWriting and editing news piecesSupport centers for addition and updating on their pageMaintaining design language on organization’s website and ensuring quality.Uploading in Podcast librariesAdminister various social media platformsPosts on all platformsDaily track of the posts from center’s at the social media platformsStrategize on audiences for different centers and building promotional campaigns.Helping centers curate content for their target groups.Analytics for Website and Social Media platforms (Social media audit reports)Improving SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of company’s website.Design & administer communication strategies for various centersActive support to Centers for all kind of Communication & outreach workGenerate monthly Newsletter (Write, edit, and design)Administer the collateral designs to ensure quality standardsEnsuring that the PR activities tie-in with organization’s brandingContent Development for Centers’ platforms and bring Creativity to the outreach activities for CentersWorking with partners’ communications team on joint campaignsResponsible for the organized repository of the outreach content and images.QualificationsThe candidate must be able to work with graphics and audio-visual content.The candidate must be excellent at MS- Office applications.Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati language.Demonstrate high degree of integrity, confidentiality and teamwork.Strong time management and coordination skills.Ability to adapt any process changes and comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.Spending AuthorityAuthorized to spend as required in case of any Medical Emergency at Office.OutcomesAbsolutely error free contentExcellent quality outreach materialIncreased visibility of the BrandMeasuresSeamless functioning of the Org's website and Media channels with real-time updatesInteractive audience at all the social media platformsPay range and compensation packageUpto 7 LPAExperience :3+ YearsBenefits :5 Days Working , Absolutely Flexible Working Shifts , Very Gentle Paid Leave and Annual Leave Policy , Excellent Work Culture .
