Responsible for portfolio risk management and monitoring of personal loan portfolio
Managing portfolio performance through continuous policy review & data analysis and suggesting proactive measures.
Leverage credit bureau data and Identify variables & trends that are impacting or are leading indicators of risk basis on us and off us variables.
Monitoring delinquency performance basis vintage, early performance, loss rates & bounce rates.
Drive and implement data segmentation strategy to offer right loan amount and tenure to unsecured personal loans customers
Identify new customer segments for cross sell
Track campaign performance using target and control populations and taking corrective actions, wherever necessary
Customer segmentation using Decision Trees to profile the customers into distinct groups based on their characteristics
Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate (Engineers/MBA/Statistics/Economics/Maths)
4+ years of experience in Financial services domain with experience in Unsecured Loan domain
Strong analytical skills & algorithmic approach to problem solving with experience in SQL
Experience in managing & handling data, providing analytical insights & data drive decisions
Hands-on with Analytical techniques to process large data quickly
Preferred skills :
Python
machine learning techniques like Logistic Regression, Decision Trees etc.
