Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5 - 12 Years
Job Descriptions:
- 3+ years of relevant experience with Absence Implementation hands-on.
- Experience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, source control, and revision systems.
- Ability to understand and work with large, complex systems.
- Experience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about knowledge sharing.
- Ability to provide detailed information as well as summaries to peers and supervisors.
- A background in Workday Functional certification is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of Workday's Absence module.
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday, including comprehensive knowledge of its HCM.
