We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our team.Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with various Regional Controllers on a day-to-day basis supporting all financial related matters specific to regions in the firm- Prepare and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analysis.- Compile, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.- Use Excel to manipulate large datasets and automate reporting processes.- Develop and maintain financial reporting templates and tools for internal stakeholders.- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and variance analysis.- Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to support reporting needs.- Support the monthly and quarterly close process by providing timely and accurate reports.- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes using Excel or other tools.Required Qualifications:- Ability to take direction and work independently but also be able to be organized to work on competing requests.- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related role.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, VBA/macros, complex formulas).- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Adaptive Planning and Reporting- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment.- Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement structures.- Familiarity with financial consolidation and reporting software.- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
