Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
Experience: 4 to 6 years of total industry experience
Role Type: Shift In-Charge (Three Shifts: Lead and supervise the equipment maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Hands-on experience in plant maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
Manage and execute corrective, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical automation systems including:
AC/DC Drives, VFDs, PLCs, Stepper and Servo Motors
Preferably experienced with Staubli or ABB robotics and PLC systems
Maintain documentation related to MTTR/MTBF and other maintenance KPIs
Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
