Work out areas of improvement in product cost, engineering cost, Safety initiatives and implement them. Create and maintain an environment of mutual trust, respect, and customer centricity. Build and maintain high performing team and culture. Employee Engagement Brand ambassador of Unichem for any internal and external stakeholders at Goa. Managing and work with International Regulatory Authorities like USFDA. MHRA etc. DESIRED SKILLS Should have worked in similar role at least for 4-5 years in USFDA approved facility. Exposure of managing and working with International Regulatory Authorities and norms like the USFDA. MHRA etc. is a must. Experience with technology
