Job description: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented NOC Engineers with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a solid foundation in networking concepts to monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the smooth operation of network systems and services. Key Responsibilities Monitor network systems, servers, and applications to ensure continuous availability. Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot basic networking issues. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams. Maintain accurate incident records and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Work in a 24x7 shift environment ensuring round-the-clock monitoring and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Document operational procedures, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing. Key Skills & Requirements ~3–4 years of relevant experience in NOC or IT support environments. ~ Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls). ~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ~ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. ~ Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Preferred Qualifications Exposure to network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix). Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
