Position: Quality Manager.
Required Experience: Minimum of 08 - 14 Years in Construction and Project Quality.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/civil engineering.
Experience with quality management systems and knowledge of ISO 9001.
Handle a quality team of large-scale project.
Experience in Transmission line and switch yard erection and commissioning.
Communication skills (written and verbal); and ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and subcontractors.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of drawings and layout.
Understanding of civil engineering concepts and electrical concepts relevant to construction and installation of equipment at project sites.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools to document inspections, track non-conformances, and generate reports.
Responsibilities:
Manage the whole team of Quality engineer at site. Assign tasks, set objectives, and monitor performance to ensure the team meets its goals.
Collaborate closely with project managers and site in-charges to align quality objectives with project timelines and deliverables.
Communicate effectively to address any quality-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
Communicate project quality objectives, discuss progress, and address any concerns or feedback.
Work closely with subcontractors to ensure they understand and adhere to project quality control requirements.
Provide guidance and support to subcontractors to help them meet quality standards and specifications.
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality plans, work plans, submittals, reports, and other project Quality deliverables.
Ensure timely submission of all required documentation to management and project stakeholders.
Problem solving using 8 D process.
