● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.
Designation - Inside Sales Executive/Associate
Role & Responsibilities:-
● Inside Sales Associate acts as the first interface of Brick&Bolt. Customer Analysis and move leads (service request) forward in the conversion pipeline Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads
● Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle
● Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience
● Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time
● Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and customer experience
Required Skills
● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
● Energetic and passionate to do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals
● Fluent, and good communication skills
● Quick thinking and should be target-oriented
● Must know to communicate in Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/Marathi
● Work From Office is Mandatory - Bangalore
● Experience and enthusiasts for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement
