Building a creative education ecosystem from India for the world, DSL aims to nurture creative minds and equip individuals with essential skills for the modern job market.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Creative Mentor. The Creative Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in their creative pursuits, developing and delivering educational content, providing feedback on student projects, and collaborating with other educators to enhance the learning experience. Additional responsibilities include conducting workshops and fostering a supportive online learning environment.QualificationsStrong background in creative arts, liberal arts, or a related fieldExperience in mentoring, teaching, or educational content developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide constructive feedback and support to studentsProficiency in digital tools and online learning platformsAbility to work independently and adapt to a remote working environmentPrevious experience in a remote or online education setting is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
