Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced DBMS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management systems, their practical applications, and the ability to impart this knowledge effectively to learners. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and hands-on training sessions to students or professionals, ensuring they gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in DBMS. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises on database management systems. Update course content regularly to align with industry trends and technological advancements. Conduct interactive training sessions on topics such as SQL, database design, normalization, indexing, data modeling, and database security. Address queries and provide mentorship to learners during the course. Create and evaluate quizzes, assignments, and assessments to measure learners' understanding. Offer constructive feedback and guidance to improve learner performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in DBMS technologies, tools, and practices. Assist learners in solving real-world database-related problems. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in database management systems and related technologies. Proficiency in SQL, No SQL databases, and tools like My SQL, Oracle, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, etc. Familiarity with concepts like database optimization, backup and recovery, and data warehousing.
