Note: We Need Immediate Joiners only Job Title: Business Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs using BPM tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs using BPM tools. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. Develop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions. Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and design activities. Develop and maintain business process models and diagrams. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement technical solutions. Conduct business process re-engineering and improvement activities. Develop and maintain business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the project manager to develop and manage project plans and timelines. Participate in project meetings and status updates. Develop and maintain business case documents and ROI analyses. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement using BPM tools. Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) concepts and tools. Experience with BPM tools, including IBM BPM, Appian, and Pega. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes. Experience with business process re-engineering and improvement activities. Familiarity with business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud-based BPM tools, including cloud-based BPM platforms and Saa S-based BPM solutions. Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI. Experience with process mining and process discovery tools. Familiarity with business architecture and enterprise architecture frameworks. Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, including Service Now and BMC Helix.
