The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop hiring strategies, implement employer branding initiatives, and conduct interviews to identify the best talent for the organization. The role also focuses on collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment objectives effectively.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processesStrong expertise in Employer Branding and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibilitySkilled in Interviewing and candidate evaluation techniquesExperience in Recruiting across various roles and industriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teamsPrior experience in the technology industry is an advantageBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
