They are seeking a strategic and experienced lead role for Microsoft D365 to lead our BizApps service line solutions. This role will focus on driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including CRM, and Power Platform, for domestic clients. This role will focus on driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including CRM, and Power Platform, for domestic clients.

Experience: 12+ years

Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
Preferably having COPILOT based scenarios implementation / POC executed
Collaborate closely with Microsoft and clients to co-create solutions
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform
Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform

Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions
