Job description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced  Senior Odoo Developer  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Odoo development, with a deep understanding of business processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of Odoo modules and solutions to meet our clients' needs. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, along with a passion for technology, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Odoo modules based on specific business requirements.
Modify and enhance existing Odoo systems to meet evolving needs.
Customize Odoo modules and integrate with third-party services.
Host, manage, and maintain Odoo modules on servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues within Odoo systems, delivering efficient solutions.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to other team members.
Ensure high standards of code quality and maintain thorough documentation for system processes and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments and industry best practices to ensure modern, robust solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Odoo development.
Proficiency in Python and related libraries.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script, XML).
Experience working with Postgre SQL databases.
In-depth knowledge of business workflows and functional business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with version control systems, particularly GIT.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Familiarity with Odoo's latest versions and emerging technologies.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹6,00,000.00 per year
