AI Focused Full Stack Developer

Position Summary Job Title: Senior AI-Focused Full Stack Developer Experience Level: 2+ years Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Remote We're seeking a versatile full stack developer with strong AI integration experience to accelerate our development velocity. You'll work directly with the founding team, taking ownership of complete features from conception to deployment while integrating advanced AI tools and automation platforms. Core Responsibilities Full Stack Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL Build responsive frontend interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries Develop robust backend APIs and services with proper authentication and security Implement efficient database schemas and optimize query performance Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code AI Integration & Automation Integrate AI video generation tools and similar platforms via APIs Implement transcription services (OpenAI Whisper, Rev.ai, AssemblyAI) for audio/video processing Build and maintain n8n workflows for business process automation Connect various AI APIs and services to create seamless user experiences Develop custom integrations with OpenAI, Anthropic, and other LLM providers DevOps & Deployment Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools Deploy applications on Replit and other cloud platforms at scale Implement automated testing, monitoring, and rollback strategies Manage application performance and scalability for 10k+ concurrent users Handle containerization with Docker and orchestration as needed Platform Management Optimize Replit deployments for multi-tenant applications Implement proper environment management and secrets handling Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues Ensure security best practices across the entire tech stack Required Technical Skills Programming Languages & Frameworks JavaScript/TypeScript - Advanced proficiency required React.js - Strong component architecture and state management experience Node.js - Server-side development and API creation SQL - PostgreSQL database design and optimization HTML5/CSS3 - Modern responsive design principles AI & Automation Platforms n8n - Hands-on experience with workflow automation (required) AI Video APIs - HeyGen, D-ID, Synthesia, or similar platforms Transcription APIs - OpenAI Whisper, Rev.ai, AssemblyAI integration experience LLM APIs - OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI models Voice Synthesis - Amazon Polly, ElevenLabs, or equivalent tools DevOps & Infrastructure CI/CD - GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI pipeline setup Cloud Platforms - Experience with Replit, AWS, or Google Cloud Version Control - Advanced Git workflow management Testing - Unit testing, integration testing, and automated QA Monitoring - Application performance monitoring and logging Database & API Management PostgreSQL - Advanced querying, indexing, and performance tuning REST APIs - Design and implementation of scalable API endpoints API Integration - Third-party service integration and webhook handling Database Migration - Schema versioning and data migration strategies Preferred Qualifications Experience Areas Multi-tenant SaaS development and architecture Real-time applications using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events Video processing and streaming technologies AI prompt engineering and LLM optimization Mobile app development (React Native/Expo bonus) Microservices architecture and distributed systems Tools & Platforms Low-code platforms - Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools Content Management - Headless CMS integration experience
